Refund & Disputes Resolution Policy
We believe in having our customers 100% satisfied with our products and service so will fully refund the cost of any product (including freight) if the product is faulty. However, we do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a purchase so please choose sizes and colours carefully. We fully endorse the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 and will happily fulfill our obligations under that act.
Delivery and Returns Policy
- Postage (any quantity) within New Zealand is NZ$3.50 rest of the world is NZ$7.50. Any products with a manufacturing fault will replaced by us and any returned delivery costs incurred by the customer will be reimbursed by us up to $8.50 including GST.
- Products can be returned to us at HAZLETTS LIMITED, 17 Pisa Moorings Road, RD3, Cromwell, Central Otago, New Zealand
- Overseas delivery is free.
- Overseas must contact us at the above email address prior to sending product back.
Export restrictions
New Zealand law requires us to attach custom documentation to all international packages including a description of the goods and stating the cost. As we have no control over any custom or import charges levied on items that might not be allowed in other countries, any additional charges or matters that may arise are of the recipient's responsibility.
